What does a typical yacht charter include?
A typical charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic refreshments. Exact inclusions depend on the service type — for sunset cruises we provide premium non-alcoholic beverages and appetizers, while corporate charters offer conference facilities and business catering options.
How long in advance should I reserve?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, securing 4–6 weeks in advance helps ensure better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we will offer to reschedule your charter to the next available date or provide a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions appear questionable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. However, we also offer excellent catering services and can customize menus to your preferences. Please note that glass containers are not permitted on board for safety reasons.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We strive to accommodate all guests. Some of our vessels have better accessibility features than others. Please contact us when booking to discuss specific needs, and we will recommend the most suitable yacht and arrange any necessary accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
